After a year of renting my house through Domain Property Advocates, I decided to sell it and, not living in the Melbourne area, I was keen to find a vendors advocate that could select a selling agent for me and act as my representative in the sale of the property. I chose Domain Property Advocates as it had been very professional in her handling of my rental property.

As Domain Property Advocates only deals with rental properties, they contacted and assessed a number of Real Estate Agent property appraisals for me and we selected the Agent that we thought would be most effective in selling my property. Domain Property Advocates was also able to negotiate with the Selling Agent an Agent’s commission that I was happy with. She carried out all the negotiations on my behalf with the Agent and was also present at the open house inspections with the Selling Agent before the auction.
