Repairs and Maintenance

All maintenance requests must be submitted in writing to Domain Property Advocates and for your convenience all non urgent repairs and maintenance can be processed by completing the Maintenance Request Form below and either mail, fax or email your request to us.

Domain Property Advocates has systems in place to manage emergencies after business hours. Our contact number for emergency requests is 0416 206 270 (please leave a message when required) and we are authorised in most instances to deal with urgent repairs without having to obtain specific authority from the landlord.
